3.1 With Other Users

WatchMo is a social app. The following information is visible to other users:

Your display name
Your prediction answers (within WatchMos you join)
Your scores and leaderboard positions
WatchMos you create (visible to those with the invite code)

3.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate WatchMo:

We retrieve publicly available game statistics from ESPN's API to score predictions. We do NOT share any of your personal information with ESPN. The data flow is one-way: we pull public game stats from them.

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as:

In response to a valid legal request (subpoena, court order)
To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
To investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4.2 How We Protect Your Data

We implement security measures including:

Encrypted password storage (passwords are never stored in plain text)
